Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Steps to Return an Item:

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer service team at support@brettandrewsimmons.com or call us at (123) 456-7890 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Prepare Your Package:
    • Place the item(s) in the original packaging along with a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Send your package to the following address:

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchange Policy
